Please Pay Attention:
1. Interviewees should check their interview schedule and be at the 302 interview room in the Phoenix Building 10 minutes before the interview starts. Upon entering the interview room, the examiner should double check the student’s ID and interview notice.
2. Interviewees need to hand in the following documents to the Secretary of the examination team after entering the interview room before the interview starts. The next interviewee in line will be guided by the examination inspector teacher to the waiting room. After the interview, the interviewee should report to the sign out desk on the third floor, then leave the examination area. Materials needed:
a) Two photocopies of ID card, one photocopy of undergraduate graduation certificate or of the student ID card.
b) Transcript during undergraduate. (current graduates need to provide this document with the official seal of your last university’s educational administration department. Non-current graduates should provide this with the official seal from the human resource department of the organization where your Record belongs to.)
c) (Only for students applying for research postgraduate programs) One original copy and one photocopy of your project achievements, including published papers, books (as author or translator), participation in. research projects etc.
3. Students applying for research postgraduate programs should sit according to the numbers in the examination room when taking the paper examination. The sequence for interview is published on the interviewing day on the door and should be strictly followed.
4. During 24th March to 26th March, the Phoenix Building will be used for examination which requires students to follow all the instructions and avoid making noises or lingering in the building. At other time, the Building warmly welcomes visitors.
