Notes:
Students should check interview schedule and be at waiting room in phoenix building 15 minutes earlier. The ID card and interview notice would be double checked by the teacher.
Students should hand in required materials to interview secretary before interview. Students should wait in particular waiting place before interview and left interview area immediately after interview.
Required Materials:
Original copy of Master’s Transcripts with seal of graduate academic department or personnel archives storage unit.
Abstract and catalog of Master’s Dissertation.
Participated Research, Published Paper, Published Monograph, and Certificates of Awards.
Two Recommendations from Professors in relevant area or same level experts, and the recommendations should be sealed and signed by referees.
Copies of Graduate Certificate and Degree Certificate, or certification by graduate school for fresh master graduates.
Two copies of ID Card with two sides.
Medical report.
Other Awards certificates.
PS: Academic Achievements would be counted in the total evaluation.
Interview Sequence would be posted at the day and should be strictly followed.
During the interview period, students should attend the qualification inspection from Graduate School. Please check details in gs.shufe.edu.cn.
The phoenix building will be used as interview building in April 16, and students should obey the disciplines, follow the arrangements and avoid making noise or loitering. Students are warm welcomed to visit in other time.
