To implement the spirit of Graduate Education Innovation Plan by State Council Academic Degrees Committee Office and Ministration of Education Degree Management and Graduate Education Department, and to fully improve graduate training quality, sponsored by Shanghai Board of Education Graduate Education Innovation Plan, the First Shanghai Real Estate Economics and Management Graduate Forum is planned to be held in December 2015 in SUFE.
This Forum aims at building an academic platform for graduates to exchange innovative ideas, expand academic vision, and stimulate innovative passion, enhancing cross-universities exchange, and promoting the progress of graduate training in real estate economics and management in domestic universities and research institutes.
This Forum is jointly organized by SPEA, IPPG and SUFE Institute for Real Estate.
The Forum is planned to be held in December 18-19 2015 in SUFE. For the authors of selected papers, we provide rewards and free accommodation except traveling expense; others could attend the forum at their own expense. The authors of selected paper will be preferential admitted if applying our PhD.
The Forum will invite 5-6 domestic authoritative experts to give opening reports and keynote speeches. Then the forum will held Excellent Paper preaching and commenting, and will issue certificates and rewards to the winning students. The forum is planned to recommend excellent papers to Journals like GCREC’s Journal of Real Estate, SUFE’s Journal of Finance and Economics, and Foreign Economics and Management, and share the wonderful prospective to media like Primary Financial Daily and Oriental Morning Post- Shanghai Economic Review.
We now initiate the paper competition to all the graduates nationwide.

Paper Competition Notes
The first author of paper should be graduate student.
The paper should not be open published.
The first page should contain paper title, abstract, key words, and necessary author information including name, classification, college, address, code, telephone, cellphone, and e-mail.
Any author information should not appear in the main body of paper.
The paper should follow basic academic norms and the author should take the responsibility.

Acceptance notification would be sent to corresponding author before November 30, 2015.
The Forum would be held in December 18-19, 2015.

Awards
The academic committee would select excellent paper according to the topics and qualities. We set 1 First Prize (RMB 2000), 2 Second Prizes (RMB 1000), 4 Third Prizes (RMB 600), and we will issue the winners money awards and honor certificates.
To guarantee the discussion quality, the number of selected paper will be limited to 15.

Attention
We will not charge any fee. We provide free meals for selected paper authors, and free accommodation for non-local selected paper authors (no more than 2 authors per paper). We will not cover the transportation fee.
Other participants should pay for their own accommodation and transportation fee. We would provide part of the meals.
