A table of all the important events and deadlines in regard to the dissertation presentations is as follow. Students please follow the required procedure as listed in the table. For students who will attend the presentation in March 2016, please make sure to attend this pre-view, otherwise your proposal presentation pre-view will be postponed to June 2016.

Doctorate dissertation proposal Before 16-Sep.-2015
1. Students about to start their dissertation should discuss the research topics with their supervisors, after whose permission students should upload their dissertation proposal in the School’s educational management system on the “graduation and degrees” page.
2. Those who fail to turn in their proposals will not be approved by the School to start their dissertation research project.
Before 17-Sep.-2015
1. Fill in and print out one copy of the “dissertation proposal form ” (please download from the system and make sure it is signed by the supervisor), and five copies of the “dissertation proposal book” (downloaded from http://spea.shufe.edu.cn/upload/_info/20060003 45/69309_1103180409511.doc, and make sure it is in proper format)
2. Hand in the documents mentioned above to the Secretary Office of the Graduate School in Room 105 in the Phoenix building

Report the Dissertation proposal After the report, supervisors should mark down their comments in “situation of the dissertation proposal” in the dissertation proposal form, and hand it in to the Secretary Office.
