SUFE Real Estate Institute, SUFE Higher Institute Urban and Real Estate Study Center, and Shanghai Municipal Government Decision Consulting Study Base Wang Hongwei Office will jointly held the 2015 Shanghai Real Estate Winter Forum with subject on Real Estate Market under New Macro Economy Cycle in SUFE in December 18, 2015.
There are some new problems in China’s Macro economy. The growth of China Economy faces pressure since the second half of 2014, especially real estate investment and real estate market. The interactive relation between macro economy decrease and real estate market decrease, and the in-depth understanding on Real Estate Market under New Macro Economy Cycle, have crucial influence on government and industry decisions.
The Forum will invite experts and scholars from government, institutes, and industries, start from better understand the interaction between real estate and macro economy, concentrate on research and exchange, share update knowledge, and promote the support of research on policy and industry development.

This forum is free and you should mail your participant registration to jre@mail.shufe.edu.cn before Dec 10.
Participants should mail the paper or abstract to jre@mail.shufe.edu.cn before November 1, 2015 together with participant registration. The acceptance notice will be sent out before November 8, and we will provide 2 nights free accommodation for external speakers. The full text of the accepted paper should be submitted before December 8 so that we can print and communicate in the Forum.
