On the afternoon of Oct. 20, the Lecture on New Practice of National Excellent Online Course, jointly organized by SPEA and Teacher&Teaching Development Center, was held in room 302 of phoenix building. The Speaker was Higher Education Press Vice Director Yu Ming while SPEA Deputy Dean Fang Fang took the host. SUFE Teacher&Teaching Development Center Director Yang Nan and more than 50 teachers attended the lecture.
Vice Director Yu Ming started from the development process of national excellent online course, combined with rich cases and platform resource, introduced the characteristics of MOOC and SPOC, stressed the concept of Based on Students and Concentrated on Study, and analyzed the importance of deep integration of excellent course and traditional course. In the end, Deputy Director Yu Ming made in-depth exchange with presented teachers.
The presented teachers expressed that, this lecture expended their vision, provided ideas, methods and path for online open course construction, and clarified the difference of MOOC and SPOC, benefiting them a lot.
