To promote young scholars’ exchange in Public Finance, Taxation and Public Economics, Xiamen University School of Economics and SUFE SPEA initiated the Public Economics Young Scholars Forum. The first Forum was held in Xiamen University in December 2014, while the second Forum will be held by SPEA and co-organized by the World Economy and Journal of Finance and Economics. The 2015 Second Public Economics Young Scholars Forum will be held in SPEA on October 23- 25, 2015.
The Forum aims to provide an exchange and cooperation platform for young scholars in Public Finance, Taxation and Public Economics, search for more cooperation opportunities through fully communication and mutual understanding. The Forum insists on the academic spirit of Free, Equal, and Open, and leaves enough communication time for the speakers.
The Forum will set PhD sub-forum, and PhDs are warm welcomed.

Requirement and Submit
The submitted paper should contain title, name, contact, institute, code, abstract within 300 words, key words, main body, and reference. Paper should be A4 version, title should be Song and Three, main body should be Song and Five, line space should be 1.5 times.
Paper should be mailed to geyini@mail.shufe.edu.cn with subject The Second Forum-Name-Title. We will inform the authors of selected paper before September 20, 2015.

We provide accommodation for formal representatives, which will not include the transportation.
