Professor Yang Kaifeng is the expert reviewer of American National Natural Science Foundation, Executive Chief Editor of Public Performance and Management Review (SSCI), and the current president of American Society of Public Administration, Public Performance and Management Branch. He was awarded with Doctor’s Degree in Business Management at Renmin University, and Doctor’s Degree in Public Administration at Rutgers University, U.S.A. Now he is the life-long full professor at Florida State University. His research directions are Public Performance Management, Public Participation, Public Organization Theory and Public Responsibility.
