Professor Shi Zonghan was awarded with Doctor’s Degree at Harvard University, U.S.A and he currently works as Associate Professor in International Relationships/Asia-Pacific Research Program at University of California, San Diego. He once taught at Northwestern University and Harvard University. His research fields are Political Economy, Financial Politics, Political Economy of Exchange Rate. One of his well-known publications is Factions and Finance in China: Elite Conflict and Inflation (Cambridge UP, 2007) and he published several papers on American Political Science Review and Comparative Political Studies, etc. He is outstanding among middle-aged scholars in the field of America and China Research. Besides, Professor Shi took the position of Management Consultant at several banks in China.
