Zhou Guangren is the PhD of Management and the part-time professor at Nanchang University and Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics. He was the member of Eleventh and Twelfth session of the CPC Jiangxi Provincial Committee. Since July, 2010, he took the position of Director of National Tax Bureau in Zhejiang Province. He is specialized in Tax Administration, Enterprise Development and Tax Revenue Policy Support. He published two academic monographs, Research on the Problem of Capacity of Tax Collection and Administration in China (China Tax Publishing House), and Contemporary Innovation and Development of Tax Collection and Administration (Chinese Financial & Economic Publishing House). He wrote The Dictionary of Contemporary Economy (Tax Law), and Concise Course of Tax Law, etc. He published articles several times on Nei Bu Can Kao (Internal Reference), Chinese Cadres Tribune, Finance & Trade Economics, Contemporary Finance & Economics, China Taxation News, Taxation Research, Jiangxi Government Affairs, Jiangxi Communication.
