Li Yongyou is the Professor of Economics at Zhejiang University of Finance and Economics and specialized in research of public policy and performance evaluation. He was the candidate of New Century Talents Project supported by Ministry of Education and Zhejiang Province New Century 151 Talents Project. He hosted National Natural Science Foundation, National Social and Science Foundation and China Postdoctoral Science Foundation. He published over 40 scientific papers in Social Science in China, Economic Research Journal and Management World.
