Zhou Bo is the Professor of Economics at Dongbei University of Finance and Economics and he expertized in theories and practice of finance and tax policy. He was the candidate of the thousands level in Key Talent Project and the winner of Henry Fok Young Teacher Award. He hosted many projects, including Youth Project of National Natural Science Foundation of China, National Natural Science Foundation of China General Program and China Postdoctoral Science Foundation. He published over 30 scientific papers in Management World, The Journal of Quantitative & Technical Economics, Cass Journal of Political Science and Public Finance Research.
