Professor Marja G. Elsinga is the professional researcher of Housing Environment Institute at Technische Universiteit Delft, Holland and possesses the position of speaker of Housing System and Management. She is a famous expert in Housing Policy in the Europe and ever led several big research projects in studying housing system and comparative research of housing system in EU. He once took the position of housing policy consultant in EU, Holland and several national governments in transition and big non-profit organization for housing. She is the chief editor of Dutch Journal for housing and vice editor of International Encyclopedia of Housing and Home. She ever published over 100 papers and sections in books.
