Zhao Yuanjun graduated from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics in 1996 and was awarded with Bachelor’s Degree of Economics. He once taught at SHUFE and took the responsibility of teaching work in security and futures. He took the position in Shanghai investment banking department in Mirs Securities Co. Ltd. Since July 1998, he took the position in headquarter of investment banking division in United Securities, as Senior Manager, Business Director, Executive Director and General Manager of the Board of Directors. He is one of the first group of sponsor representatives who were registered in China's Securities Regulatory Commission. He has over 20 years’ experience in doing and managing investment bank. He also has abundant knowledge and experience in terms of enterprise restructuring, public offering and listing stock, refinance, merger and acquisition, and private equity financing.
