Zhou Jiaqi graduated from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics in 1993 and was awarded with Bachelor’s Degree of Economics. He took the position in Wanguo Security Corporate (Senior Manager), and Huaixa Security Corporate (Investment banking Division Director General). Now he is the General Manager of the Board of Directors in Financial Investment Bank Division, China international capital Corp. He is one of the first group of sponsor representatives who were registered in China's Securities Regulatory Commission. He has over 20 years’ experience in doing and managing investment bank. He also has abundant knowledge and experience in terms of enterprise restructuring, public offering and listing stock, refinance, merger and acquisition, and private equity financing.
