Zhang Jianxin graduated from Investment Economics at Shanghai University of Finance and Economics in 1988. Now he is the Head of General Department of Department of Finance in Jiangsu Province, Senior Accountant, and Member of Price Decision Committee in Jiangsu province. He once took the responsibility of Vice Director of General Department of Department of Finance in Jiangsu Province, Vice Director of Department of Agriculture, Director General of the Basic Unit Finance Administration, and Deputy Secretary of Communist Party in Binhai County Party Committee. He is experienced in Government Revenue (except tax) Management, in terms of both policy study and business practice.
