Zhengyi Shi is the professor and supervisor of Ph.D. students in Civil and Economic Law College at China University of Political Science and Law, the Director of Tax Law Research Center at China University of Political Science and Law. He also holds the positions of Director of International Tax Law Association, Vice Chairman of Chinese Fiscal Law Research Society, the Executive of Beijing Law Society and Finance and Tax Law Society Research Board, the secretary general of the drafting group for Tax law of the people's Republic of China (professional version) in National People's Congress, the member of the revised working group for Tax Administration Law in State Administration of Taxation. Professor Shi once worked for two years in The Treasury Department of Treaty and Law and was the superior visit scholar of Law at Florida University.
Professor Shi is a productive scholar with over 60 academic papers and more than 30 books. He also undertook big National Social Science Fund Programs, National Natural Science Fund Program, and many research projects of Ministry of Justice and National People's Congress. He is the expertise in the field of tax administration law.
