Professor Hongjun Zhao of Shanghai University of International Business and Economics is the vice president of International Business School, who was on the list of Shanghai Shuguang Scholar Program (A governmental program aims to foster talents in academics). He specialized in economics of civil and regional development, government running and Chinese Economic History. He published several articles on journals such as Economic Research Journal, China Economic Quarterly, Nankai Economic Studies. He once joined the team to lead significant programs and normal programs of National Social Science Fund, as well as programs of National Natural Science fund. He is the anonymous reviewer of Social Sciences in China, China Economic Quarterly, World Economic Papers, and Journal of Social Sciences.
