Dr. Liu graduated from Antai Management School, Shanghai Jiaotong University, studying Human Resource Management. Now he is the Associate Professor in Department of Administrative Management, and the supervisor of doctoral students. He mainly does the research of the fields of Human Resource and Organizational Behavior, Knowledge Management and Service Management. So far, he published several studies on top Public Administration Journals. He is the Editorial Board Member of Public Personnel Management, as well as the reviewer of 17 academic journals including J-PART, PAR, ARPA, PMR, IRAS. He is the Director of Shanghai Public Affairs Research Council and Shanghai Administration Management Society.
