Chen Xuelian is Central Compliance & Translation Bureau Political Development Institute Vice Director and Associate Researcher, CCTB Comparative Politics and Economics Research Center Social Investigation Office Director, Peking University China’s Government Innovation Research Center Network Cooperation Department Director, and 1-7 th China's Local Government Innovation Awards executive team core member. Her research focuses on China’s Local Governance, Participatory government performance evaluation, and Political legitimacy.
