Denis Fred Simon is the vice president of Arizona State University, USA, Executive Director and Senior Consultant in DGs of Strategy Plans of Chinese University Designing, and professor at Contemporary basic Chinese Affairs College and Global Research Institute. He was awarded with Fulbright International Educator and China Friendship Prize. His key publication is China and the Global Innovation System: An Analysis of the PRC’s International S&T Relations and China’s Emerging Technological Edge: Assessing the Role of High-End Talent.
