Professor Ronald Rousseau is the chairman of International Society for Scientometrics and Informatrics (ISSI), professor of Katholieke Universiteit Leuven, Belgium. He is also appointed as visiting professor and honorary professor of China Academy of Science, China Science Library, Dalian University of Technology, etc. He is the winner of the Price Award, which is the highest honor in the field of Scientometrics. He has published over three hundred articles and was the most highly cited scholar.
