Associate Professor Huang Kun teaches in the School of Public Administration at University of New Mexico, America and is the master tutor of Medical Treatment/Public Administration. He was awarded with Doctor’s Degree in Management in Arizona University, America. He did research of American Government, co-operative and competitive relationship between non-profitable and profitable medical organization, medical network administration, evolution, strategy and performance in social network analysis. The article “The Evolution of Out-sourcing Administrative Medical Treatment Network” which he co-operated with his tutors Keith G. Provan and Brint Milward was published on Journal of Public Administration Research and Theory, and this article was awarded with The Best Article Prize in JPART 2009. His individual work, “Inter - Community Hospital Medical Innovative Information Sharing in Out-sourcing Medical Treatment Network” was published on Public Administration Review, 2014 and was awarded with the Best Essay Prize of American Academy of Management, 2013. Now, he is the visiting scholar of Chen Shuqu Comparative Politics Development and Research Center at Fudan University.
