Mr. Liu is the Associate Professor of Economics and Management School and Vice-director of Economics Department at Northwest University. He was awarded with Doctor’s degree in Economics at Fudan University. In recent years, he published over twenty essays on Economic Research Journal, Management World, the Journal of World Economy, China Economic Quarterly and so on. He achieved many academic honors such as “6th Huang Da-Mundell Economic Award”, “National Excellent Doctoral Dissertation Award Nomination”, “Rookie PHD Candidates Award in Academic Researcher, Ministry of Education”, “First Tan Chong-tai Development Economics Scholarship”, “Academic Star of Fudan University”, “Shanghai Excellent Doctoral Dissertation Award”.
