Zhu Xufeng was awarded with Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Engineering in Tsinghua University, with Doctor’s & Master’s Degree in Public Administration in Tsinghua University. He started to work in Chou En-Lai Government Management School of Nankai University and was appointed as professor and doctoral tutor. He worked as professor and doctoral tutor in School of Public Administration, Tsinghua University from 2012. He mainly studies in the fields of policy process theory, think tank and professional participation, technology policy, climate and environment policy, transformation and public management and so on. He was elected in 2013 National Excellent Youth Science Foundation, 2012 first group of National Youth Outstanding Talents Supporting Plan, 2008 New Century Excellent Talent Supporting Plan by Ministry of Education and Peking Visiting Scholar Plan by Harvard University (2008 – 2009). He was awarded with 2014 China Management Youth Award. He published three books in Chinese or English. He once published more than ten papers on Public Administration, The China Quarterly, Policy Sciences, Public Management Review, Asian Survey. He was awarded with 2012 Best Comparison Policy Essay Award by American Society of Public Administration. He also published over ten papers on Social Science in China, Sociological Studies, Management World and People’s Daily respectively.
