Mr. Lin Zhenguo is the professor in Finance of School of Business in California State University – Fullerton and Deputy Director of Institute of Real Estate and Land Utilization. Beforehand, he was the advanced economist in Fannie Mae. He achieved his Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree and Doctor’s degree at Fudan University, University of British Columbia and University of Wisconsin respectively. Prof. Lin has published 27 papers in some famous academic journals internationally. Among those, there were 16 in Real Estate Economics, Journal of Real Estate Finance and Economics and Journal of Real Estate Research. In 2013, Prof. Lin won the William N. Kinnard Young Scholar Award of American Real Estate Society. In resent 8 years, he won “The Best Essay” 5 times of American Real Estate Society Annual Meeting, “The Best Essay” 3 times of World Chinese Real Estate Society Annual Meeting, and another two famous awards in the area of international real estate.
