Professor Lv is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Government at the University of Texas at Austin. His research focuses on distributive politics of development and Chinese politics, as well as comparative and international political economy. He is also particularly interested in the politics of social spending and taxation and their consequences. Professor Lv’s articles have appeared in the American Political Science Review, American Journal of Political Science, Quarterly Journal of Political Science, among other academic journals.
