Bert Rockman is Director of Department of Politics in Perdue University, USA. He mainly studies in the field of bureaucracy and political leadership, especially in presidential system and political system in America. He once was rewarded with many significant honor and prize among American Public Administration field, such as Herbert A Simon Award for his profound attribution to bureaucracy study .Professor Rockman is the member of School of National Public Administration, USA. He took the position of chairman of the branch which related to American presidential system of American Politics Association. He is also the main role of middle and western core conference of public administration. He ever held the host of editor of a journal, Governance, which own international reputation and concerned global policies, public administration and system.
