Jesper Schlæger was awarded with doctor’s degree in political science in University of Copenhagen, post doctor’s degree in East Asian and South-east Asian Study Center in Lund University, Sweden. He is the Associate Professor in School of Public Administration in Sichuan University. So far, he also takes the position as researcher in Northern Europe and Asian Studies Center, tutor in Northern Europe Center, Fudan University, Social Management Innovation Master’s tutor in China-Denmark Research Center . He devoted to Chinese e-government affairs. He has three programs undertaken, and they are E-Government Affairs, Comparative Study of China and Northern Europe E-Supervision, and Empirical Study on Public Value.
