Doctor Chen is the partner of RQuest and takes charge of Chinese assets securitization business. At the same time, he takes the position of Adjunct Professor of Finance and Real Estate in Kelly School at Johns Hopkins University. He also teaches EMBA courses at Shanghai Jiaotong University and Renmin University. He takes the position of deputy secretary general in Global Chinese Real Estate Congress.
