Liang Ruobing graduated from School of Economics, Peking University and was awarded with doctor’s degree in Economics. He once worked in National University of Singapore East Asian Institute and the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, Social Science Department as post doctor. Now he is the professor of School of Economics, Xiamen University. In recent years, he has published over 30 academic papers in academic journals such as Economic Research, Economics (Quarterly), World Economy, and Statistical Research. He hosted many projects including surface projects of State Natural Science Fund projects and general projects of Humanity and Social Science Projects by Ministry of Education. He once was antonymic reviewer of Management World, Economics (Quarerly), and World Economics.
