Luo Zhi is associate professor of School of Economics and Management in Wuhan University, research counselor of Asian Development Bank and Luo Jia Youth Scholar in Wuhan University. His main study field is development economics. He once published a couple of articles in Economic Research, Management World, Journal of Financial Research, Chinese Industrial Economics, Statistical Research, Quarterly Journal of Economics, and Journal of Quantitative & Technical Economics.
