Australian National University, Crawford School of Government等学校担任客座教授。

AKAI NOBUOU is professor of Department of International Public Policy Research, Osaka University. He mainly studies Public Economics, Finance, Public Operation and Organization Theory. He once took the position as guest professor at UC-Berkeley(US)、University of Wariwick(UK)、Australian National University, Crawford School of Government.


Now he is special researcher of Financial Comprehensive Policy Institute, Ministry of Finance, member of Basic Problems Decentralization Seminar, Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications, member of Harbor Branch, Transport Policy Council, Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism, member of aviation branch performance evaluation committee, Transport Policy Council, Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism, member of government’s tax system study council, Cabinet Office. He is also special counselor of Osaka Prefecture, Osaka City, and Otsu City.
