Pu Xiaohua is associate professor of Dept. of Politics, University of Nevada, US. He once was the post-doctor researcher of Princeton – Harvard, China and World Program. He finished undergraduate degree in Nankai University, and then graduated from Kent State University with master’s degree. He was awarded with doctor’s degree in Ohio State University. He published many academic papers in various academic journals worldwide, including International Security, The China Quarterly, The Chinese Journal of International Politics, Asian Affairs, World Economy and Politics, and Foreign Affairs Review. He once took the position of academic anonymous referee of over 20 international journals. He was rated as excellent referee by International Security Magazine. He takes the position of member of editorial board of Foreign Affairs Review and Monthly Journal of International Relations.
