Jo-Ann focused on the market research of Venture Capital and Private Equity in Australia and Asia. She received financial assistant from Australian Research Council Fund and Discovery Fund. She has kept a long term relation with AVCAL and Australian Ministry of Industry and several related government and industrial organizations. Jo-Ann took Board Secretary General of Asia Finance Associate since 2010. Support by Asia Finance Associate, she initialed online International Academic Seminar on PE and VC, attracting numerous people in academic and industrial area from America, Europe, and Asia-pacific. She published several papers on well-known international journals, and often presented Australian and International Symposiums. And she is in charge of Graduate Program in the University of New South Wales Business School. She once taught in University of Sydney and University of Wollongong, and visited Columbia University and Singapore Management University.
