Antoinette A. Samuel took the role of National League of Cities(NLC) Vice Executive Director since 2013. The NLC is the largest and oldest national organization represented city government. During her career in NLC, Ms. Samuel is in charged of appliance research, numerical participation, market, member development, conference, public finance, administration, and people management. And she also participated the implementation of NLC three-year strategic plan. Ms. Samuel has 20-years experience in organization management, especially in public service organizations. Before joining in NLC, Ms. Samuel was executive director in American Society for Public Administration(ASPA) during 2004 to 2013. Ms. Samuel received her bachelor of arts degree from Chatham University, Pittsburgh, PA, and MPA degree from Texas Southern University. She is a Certified Association Executive(CAE), and became shareholder of ASPA in 2012. What’s more, she is also shareholder of American National Academy of Public Administration.
