Ji Dongsheng is executive director, vice secretary-general and academic committee deputy director of China International Taxation Research Institute(CITRI), academic director of China Association for International Economic Cooperation(CAFIEC), Chief Economist of School of Economics of Shandong University, former China Fiscal and Taxation Reform Program Expert in UNDP, Program Expert in WB, Program Expert in ADB, and received special government allowance in 2004. His achievements received highly appreciation and won many awards in National Tax System and CITRI.
