Zheng Siqi is Professor, Doctoral Tutor, and Deputy Director of Construction Management Department of Tsinghua University. He is Part-time Researcher of Center for Urban Development and Land Policy of Lincoln Institute, Peking University, Deputy Secretary-General of Global Chinese Real Estate Congress(GCREC), Secretary-General of China Association of Real Estate Academicians(CAREA), and published numerous papers in Economic Research Journal, Journal of Real Estate Finance and Economics, and etc.
