YANG Zan is Associate Professor and PhD Supervisor in Real Estate Institute of Department of Construction Management of Tsinghua University and Dean of Market and Risk office of Hang Lung Center for Real Estate. He received PhD degree from Royal Institute of Technology in 2000 and took researcher role in Housing and Urban research center of Uppsala University. He presided several international cooperation Projects and National Natural Science Foundation Projects. His research fields include consumption, real estate market risk and corporate investment. He published more than 10 essays in international SSCI Journal like Journal of Real Estate Finance and Economics, Journal of Housing Economics, Urban Studies, Housing Studies, China Economic Review, Pacific-Basin Finance Journal and more than 20 essays in domestic core journals like Economic Research Journal, Statistic Research, and several English books.
