Dr. Deng Kuangkuang, is current post doctor in Real Estate and construction Department at Hong Kong University. She received bachelor in Engineering Management from Tongji University, and PhD in Real Estate and Construction from Hong Kong University in August 2016, and then took post doctor and assistant lecturer. Her research interest is in real estate finance including real estate short term investment, real estate price index, real estate corporate financing, security house and family finance. Her research achievements published in Real Estate Economics and other well-known international journals. She teaches courses of real estate investment and finance, real estate economics, and so on.
