On the morning of March 13, invited by IPPA of SUFE, researcher Li Yutao from institute of comprehensive transportation of national development and reform commission gave a lecture on transportation system reform and fiscal research.
Before the lecture, dean of IPPA Prof. Hu Yijian met with Li Yutao and issued the certificate of IPPA part-time researcher. Prof. Hu Yijian introduced IPPA’s development and vice dean Zheng Chunrong host the lecture.
At first, Li Yutao gave an introduction of main streams on domestic transportation policy research, updated development of transportation system reform, and the problems. Then, through comparable analysis on transportation with healthcare and education, he revealed the task to transfer technical policy into public policy and discussed the value of Pricing Tool in transportation problem solving. At last, Li Yutao had a interactive communication with presented teachers and students regarding local debt and fees reform.
After the lecture, Li Yutao talked with some related teachers for some future cooperation.
