Invited by SPEA and IPPA, Doctor Tianjin Rongzhi, the former vice president of Hitotsubashi University and professor of economic department, visited our school.
Prof. Tianjin Rongzhi’s major research direction is on fiscal policy and social security, and he is long term involved in the drawing of fiscal and social security policies in Japan. In his visiting period, he had a full communication with IPPA, SPEA, and institute of China’s Public Finance, regarding further cooperation and the status and problems of Japaneses think tanks. He also accepted our invitation and became an international consulting expert of IPPA, and would cooperated with IPPA on the subjects of Japanese Taxation reform and experience on social security policies.
Prof. Tian, in his visit, gave a lecture on Public Finance Policy in Japan, and systematically shared the course on Social Security Policy in Japan for SPEA experimental class and earned him commendations.
