On April 4, 2014, Prof. Chen Jie was invited to give a lecture for Shanghai Lawyers Association subjecting on housing right and the government’s legal responsibility. Prof. Chen Jie combined his experience of being invited by State Council to evaluate Urban Housing Security Regulation(draft for examination), recommended common international practices, and explained how to realize housing right through legal form. Nearly 100 lawyers attended the lecture and spoke highly of it. The lecture was pointed to be the training content of Shanghai Lawyers Association.
