In the evening of 23rd May, 2014, First Yangtze River Delta Finance and Taxation Forum Three Areas Public Affairs Finance and Taxation Policy Coordination Preparation Conference was held successfully in our university. Dean of China Public Finance and Taxation Research Institute hosted the conference. Following people also attended this conference: Head of Zhejiang Province National Tax Bureau, Mr. Zhou Guangren, Vice director of Shanghai Finance Bureau, Mr. Ma Zhengwen, Head of Zhejiang Province Finance Department General Budget Office, Mrs. Xing Zixia, Head of Jiangsu Province Finance Department Finance and Taxation Science Research Institute, Mr. Li Yuping, Head of Jiangsu Province Local Tax Bureau, Tax Department, Mr. Wang Zelei, Head of Shanghai Finance Bureau General Office, Mr. Sun Jianlong, Vice Director of Zhejiang Province Finance Department, Finance Research Institute, Mr. Feng Jian, Professor Fan Liming of Shanghai University of Finance and Economics, and Executive Director of China Public Finance Research Institute, Professor Liu Xiaochuan and Secretary General of China Public Finance Research Institute, Associate Professor Zeng Junping.
This conference mainly discussed several issues such as theme and host place of next conference, the possibility of coordination research of finance and Taxation in three areas and how to establish the system of coordination research of finance and taxation in three areas.
In the conference, parties attended all agreed that Yangtze River Delta Finance and Taxation Forum can be worked as a platform to carry on the coordination research of finance and taxation in three areas. Three areas will cooperate in the public affairs and promote the research task based on Yangtze River Delta Finance and Taxation Forum which was viewed as coordination mechanism.
Finally, theme of next forum was decided as deepening finance and taxation reformation and second Yangtze River Delta Finance and Taxation Forum will be held in Zhejiang.
