Recently, Shanghai Education Committee and Shanghai Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau announced the winning project of the Shanghai Excellent Teaching Achievement in 2013. Two teacher groups of SPEA won the special award and the first prize. Specifically, the project, The Exploration and Practice of the Innovative Talents-cultivating Mode Integrating the Education in National Conditions and Scientific Research Training, Based on the Investigation of Qian Cun, won the special award. This project was cooperatively completed by Cong Shuhai, Liu Yongzhang, Yu Wei, Wu Fangwei, Liu Xiaochuan and Zhu Weiqun. The project, The Reform of the Finance and Taxation Teaching Content and Method Cultivating Students’ Social Responsibility and Practical Ability, won the first prize. This project was cooperatively completed by Jiang Hong, Fan Mingli, Liu Xiaobing, Liu Xiaochuan, Hu Yijian, Zhu Weiqun, Ma Guoxia, Cong Shuhai, Zeng Junping and Wen Jiaoxiu.
The selecting process included education units’ application, experts’ evaluation, public announcement on the internet and the assessment team’s approval. Finally, 705 projects were selected as Shanghai Excellent Teaching Achievement Award in 2013, including three categories, namely, higher education, elementary education and vocational education. There were 20 people winning special awards in terms of the higher education category and one was from our university. There were 178 people winning second prize awards and 7 are from our school
