Professor Chen Jie (Vice Director of the Real Estate Institute at SPEA) was involved in the research conducted by Xinhua News Agency in 2014, and he was interviewed several times regarding to important taxation issues such as the implication of USA property tax for China and the house property tax of public accumulation funds. Chen Jie’s articles were published on Xinhua News Agency’s internal publication. One of these articles was about the wide rage about American Building Taxes, core-sign separation and pay deciding return which was instructed by central leadership.
