On the afternoon of Nov 7, invited by Hu Yijian, dean of Institute of Public Policy and Governance of Shanghai University of Finance and Economics, SAT Income accounting division Chief Secretary Yang Yuanwei gives instruction on the construction work of institute’s Wise Policy data service platform on room 136 of Red Tile Building
Before the meeting, Secretary Yang Yuanwei has a short conversation with SUFE President Prof. Fan Liming, and President Fan, on behalf of SUFE and IPPG, awards Secretary Yang the certificate of SUFE IPPG consultant. 
Secretary Yang Yuanwei worked on SAT database construction for a long time and accumulated abundant experience. The Wise Policy data service platform of IPPG is a one-stop date service platform in fiscal and taxation area. Dr. Tian Zhiwei, key member of the database development team, reports to Secretary Yang the present situation and future plan of the database. Secretary Yang listens carefully to the report, gives some instructions on the aspects of organization structure, platform location, and development plan, and shares some precious suggestions on the platform construction. Vice Director of SAT Jinhua of Zhejiang Province Yan Caiming also attends this meeting, and shares his opinion on the database construction based on his own experience. Chairman of IPPG Chu Minwei awards Yan Caiming the certificate of SUFE IPPG part-time researcher.
