For the in-depth study and implement the spirit of the fourth plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee, on the afternoon of Nov 11 2014, SPEA CPC General Branch holds the coaching report on the fourth plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee in room 302 of Phoenix building. The report is given by PHD adviser Prof. Ma Changshan from East China University of Politics and Law, and 76 party members from SPEA faculty and students CPC branch join the study, and SPEA CPC Secretary Shen Hui and vice Secretary Fang Hui attend the report.
Subjecting on Strategic change of comprehensively promoting the rule of law, Prof. Ma’s report shares systematic explanation and in-depth instruction on the spirit of the fourth plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee especially on the strategic change of the rule of law. Prof. Ma, through the aspects of necessity of legal system, current strategy change on the rule of law, and the pressing problems, interprets the resolution of CPC to build a China of the rule of law, promotes some pressing problems that we need to treat carefully, and looks forward to the future. He firmly believes that, China could, through its own effort, build a society with reasonable laws and rational rules.
Prof. Ma’s coaching report reviews the history and based on the present, with lots of reference and demonstration, received agreed welcome from the presented party members. This study furthers our understanding and mastering of the spirit, strengthens our acknowledge of the importance and necessity of establishment of country under the rule of law, government under the rule of law, and society under the rule of law.
