The China Public Finance development report by China public finance research institute of shanghai university of finance and economics has a history of 16 years started in 1999, and became one of the educational department’s first programs of social sciences and humanities research reports. The Public finance transparency report was first composed by Shanghai university of finance and economics public policy research center in 2009. It has revealed and evaluated the situation of China’s public finance information disclosure in an objective and comprehensive way for 6 years and pushed forward the process of China’s public finance information disclosure work.
