Undergraduates of Real Estate Department were also invited to attend a Sharing Activity organized by ULI Young Leaders Group in the evening of 3rd November. This activity was designed exceptionally for young practitioners of real estate industry and students who major in real estate industry, and a roundtable discussion called “Career Development” was particular set for them. The speaker group consisted of senior managers of ULI membership companies including Ryann, Perkins & Will, Jerde, CBRE Richard Ellis, Grosvenor, Ping An Trust, etc. Students listened to these guest speakers’ their own experience and views about their career development, and asked questions to communicate with guests actively. Their fluent oral English and decent way of expression left deep impression to many guests.

Many students gave many positive feedbacks to the responsible teacher. They said this scarce opportunity to communicate with leaders in real estate industry face-to-face made them know further about the career development in this industry. They would not suppose senior managers in this industry were not full of mystery any more. They felt more confident about becoming leading talents in the future, foresaw the direction ahead and their study enthusiasm was provoked as well.
